Hi All Few Questions. ie HELP! :P

Okay so I new from Sydney. Jsut moved here jsut over a motnh ago.

Rego is due.

Whats the deal down here?
I have applied for a mod plate cause it wont past road worthy grrrr

In Sydney need to get:
Pink Slip
Green Slip
Rego.....

But been told down here you dont?

And how much am I looking at for rego down here?

And is there anything like green slips or pinks slips I have to get?

haha lucky for you in tassie its really easy! once you pass the pits go into any service tasmania and they will fix you up with a rego sticker for your window! i think pits is around $50 minimum for an inspection and if it passes im not sure if there is any additional cost with the pits. but rego for 6 months is usually 260-300 bucks! but you also have the option of paying it for 12 months! which as you could figure is roughly double! hope this helps at all.

Best bloke in my experience is the mechanic down in Huntingfield Industrial estate, just on the left after Mitre 10 there, you can book him through caltex in channel court, he's a decent bloke that actually wants your car to pass, but also cares about unsafe shit!

Cost me $60, then he gave me a "pass" paper and I took it to service tas

I had 5% tint but had to pull it off cause it wouldnt pass

Nothing atm need a good tinting place wanna get green tint ( yes I know green mad lol )

Soon she need servicing ( specially long cruise from Syd ) and I need to pic someones brain about turbo's
